1. What is your return policy
on art and photography?
Due to copyright issues, art and photography cannot be returned. However, if
you want to exchange a print or photo for a different size of the same picture,
we will be happy to do that if it is available in another size. Shipping costs
will be paid by the customer.
2. What is your return
policy on jewelry?
Exchanges or store credit only. If an item
needs re-sizing and the artist can do it, then it can
be sent
back, at
customer’s expense. Any additional
costs for sizing will also be the obligation of the customer.
3. What if something is
damaged or lost after shipping?
All parcels will be insured against damage or loss.
